El staff fue realmente ejemplar y nos ayudaron mucho. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. El hotel está bueno y calidad precio excelente. Lo recomendamos!

The staff was welcoming and extremely nice. The room was big and spacious. They have breakfast included, despite not having many options. The location is not the nicest or safest, but at least it is close to the city center and right in front of a bus stop. There are mini shops and supermarkets nearby. Everything was clean.

The ar-conditioning system in the room does not work properly, I had set it for the coldest temperature, but was still melting inside the room, because the AC does literally nothing except ventilating a bit. The hotel already knows that, as I have read multiple comments complaining about the same issue, but their solution is leaving some fans in the rooms so then we can try to make something out of it. I did not find the toilets convenient either, as the shower would spill water all around if you are not extremely careful, and it would leave you with a slippery puddle outside. I myself fell a few times because of that and almost hurt myself in the falls, my solution was to use some towels to dry off what was leaking from the shower enclosure. Speaking of the towels, those were clean, but permanently stained, and really old and worn out. Despite being clean, the whole room had a strong flowery scent (not a good one, more likely what your grandma would use) that was bothering me. Had this been a simple hotel, I would have said nothing! Yet they proudly claim to be a three-star-hotel, and this is simply not the case, I was looking for a more comfortable place to stay and would have paid more if I knew this would be the service I would get! My recommendation is: only stay here if you are not looking for a three star quality service, otherwise you will frustrate yourself.
