- The Villa is a bide hotel, a Tudor-revival house on the edge of Montrose Links, where golf has been played since 1562.
Montrose beach is about 500 metres away, roughly a 6 minute walk. Montrose train station and the town centre are both under a mile away.
The property has 17 aparthotel rooms with original stone fireplaces, botanical wallpapers, velvet headboards and brass lighting.
Every room has a private kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, microwave, mini fridge and sink, plus an en-suite with walk-in shower, flat-screen TV and free WiFi.
