The hotel offers a range of dining options, with European-inspired cuisine, a fine-dining restaurant serving delicious Vietnamese and fusion fare, a wine bar and a walk-in wine cellar stocking a large selection of wines from both the new and old world. Other dining options include in-villa dining and personalised group barbecues.
The resort offers 70 rooms housed in 17 French colonial villas which were originally constructed between the 1920s and 1930s and lovingly restored to their former glory, with a lot of care taken to preserve the original design, décor and charm. There are beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and town from all areas of the gently sloping hillside property. Facilities include a TV lounge, conference facilities, room and laundry services, and a bicycle hire service.
The rooms are individually furnished and are true to their original design and décor. Each villa consists of between three and five en-suite rooms with shower and bathtub. A king-size bed, hairdryer, in-room safe, satellite TV, Internet access and tea and coffee making facilities feature in all rooms as standard.
There is a heated swimming pool, and guests may work out in the gym, choose from a selection of spa treatments, or explore the surrounding area by bike.

The hotel is located in Dalat, in the south central highlands of Vietnam. The city is known unofficially as The City of Eternal Spring. Dalat can also lay claim to the title of le Petit Paris, due to the fact that a scaled down version of the Eiffel Tower emerging from the city centre adds a certain Parisian feel. However it is the natural beauty of Xuan Huong Lake and the numerous examples of European-inspired architecture and wide city streets that are really the centrepiece of this gorgeously romantic and seductive city.
