  Nos dieron la habitación mucho antes del horario de ingreso , no ofrecieron dejar las valijas luego del check out y hasta nos llamaron un taxi Los conserges muy amables , muy buen predisposición para hablar en español ,

  Prime location Location is excellent, hotel is lovely, staff very helpful and friendly.only thing that let it down was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. For the price I paid, I would have expected these to be in the room

  La decoración del hotel, la limpieza de todo el establecimiento y la amabilidad del personal. Un hotel muy neoyorquino Moderno, limpio y excelentemente ubicado. En plena zona 0, con vistas directas al Once World y al 11S Memorial. Alejado del caos nocturno de Times Square pero a solo 10 minutos en metro para cuando quieras visitarlo.

  The best attention received from the front desk manager. His kindness and help were out of this world. Thank you for everything. We’ll repeat again every time we go back to New York. It’s a little hotel, in the center of Manhattan, just next to the Empire Building, the air conditioning works perfectly well and is clean.
